The mounting kit positions the BASE Rack close to the vehicle roof for a slimline aesthetic and reduced drag. The wind deflector has been engineered to minimize wind noise while driving and deflects air around your load and cross bars, which allows for a more enjoyable ride. The mount kit is compatible with the rear OE mounted antenna.
