Price Match Program Guidelines

Eligibility and Verification

1. Price Verification: The advertised price of a competitor must be current and verifiable. We reserve the right to confirm the price and the availability of the item. If we cannot verify the lower price or if the item is not available for immediate purchase, we may refuse the price match request.
   
   
2. Identical Items and availability: The item must be exactly the same in brand, model, size, color, and must have the same manufacturer part number (MPN). Furthermore, the availability of the item must be similar between our store and the competitor's. If we have an item in stock, the competitor must also have it in stock. Similarly, if item is on backorder and our estimated delivery time (ETA) matches a certain period, the competitor must offer a comparable ETA for the price match to be considered.
   
   
3. Exclusions: We do not match prices from auction sites (i.e.: eBay), marketplace sellers (i.e.: Amazon), flash sales, or clearance/discounted items. Price matches are not available for items advertised below our cost.
   
   
4. Manufacturer's Pricing Policies: The competitor’s price must adhere to the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. We will not honor price matches that result in a violation of MAP agreements.

Promotions and Discounts

1. Non-Stackable Promotions: Price-matched items are not eligible for additional promotions or discounts offered by our site. This includes, but is not limited to, free shipping, coupon discounts, and rebate offers.

1. One Item per Customer: The price match is limited to one of each item per customer.

Process and Limitations

1. Proof of Price: Customers must provide a live link to the advertised price. Screenshots or other non-verifiable evidence will not be accepted.
   
   
2. Timeframe for Requests: Price match requests must be made at the time of purchase or within 48 hours after purchase.
   
   
3. Adjustment Discretion: We reserve the right to limit the quantity of price-matched items and to modify or cancel the price match policy at any time without prior notice.
   
   
4. Local Competitors: We price match items sold by any online retailer located and shipping within Canada. This ensures that the price match reflects the Canadian market and includes all costs associated with purchasing in Canada, such as shipping, taxes, and duties.
